Cynosure party 005 - 03.14.2008 @ Watergate Berlin - 2008-02-28

To kick off our first party of the year we had to invite two of the best Cynosure acts of 2007. Monoblock will deliver the Uruguay style minimal jack and Mark-Henning will be gracing the decks with Mike Shannon on the main floor.

We also wanted to start things off with a little help from our Montréal friends @ Musique Risquée with Guillaume and the Coutu dumonts - live Jichael Mackson - live and of course the one and only Vincent Lemieux on the ones and twos.

Cynosure party 004 @ Watergate Berlin 11.16.2007 - 2007-10-20 Yes the time has come again to get the friends and music lovers in Berlin together once more. Dust off those dancing shoes, prepare your liver for another work out and get to Watergate for another dose on Friday November 16th.


Cynosure Compilation Japanese release party - 2007-06-26 June 30th Cynosure and the Real Grooves crew launch the Cynosure Compilation mixed by Mike Shannon. The party is happening at Yellow Space lab in Tokyo, one of the cities finest venues. Cynosure sends out many thanks and Arigato's to the family at Timothy Really records in Tokyo, Hiroshi Tonomura and Josh Child of Real Grooves.

Cynosure starts off 2007 by announcing the release of Mike Shannon's three part EP series entitled TACTILE. The series begins with Tactile Blue for release in January of 2007. Followed by Tactile Red for release in February and last part of the series scheduled for March is Tactile Green. Each Colour represents a specific tonal palette of Mike's techno house productions. An earth, wind and fire approach to presenting some of Mike Shannon's finest works to date.

The long awaited return of Deadbeat on Cynosure has finally come. This time Deadbeat appears alongside guest remixer, producer, programmer techno legend Monolake. Random Brown is rarity of an EP due to Monolake's sparse appearances as a remixer. Both artists also take a much different approach to these remixes than what would be considered their signature styles.
